Why choose eWater initially?
In the earlier stages of the idea, I was researching the most sustainable strategies I could include in the design and concept. During this process I came across eWater and reached out to discuss the project. eWater aligned with our values and purpose.
What has the experience been?
It takes a while to get used to change - to realise for example there is no need for foaming detergent, but the system is simple, easy to use and it works! You just need to get head around cleaning without chemicals.
Why rental suited your business and why it might suit others.
Being a new small business and concept, reducing setup costs is important. The rental option was perfect, allowing us to free up some capital, prove our concept. We will explore purchasing in the future. Right now it suits our cashflow, especially during COVID.
What would you tell people who are thinking about renting/buying eWater System?
This product must be in all kitchens. Councils should make it mandatory as part of their license. Having a rental option can make this happen.
Whats the eWater Systems company like to deal with?
The eWater team have been very helpful and supportive of the project. They got involved in the design process to make sure the unit was positioned in the perfect place. They also dealt with the plumber and electrician throughout the build. They go over and above for clients making the entire process seamless.
