eWater has been installed in the new Davidson restaurant and teaching kitchen, becoming part of The Gordon Institute's Hospitality teaching agenda.
This innovation means chefs of tomorrow will be learning from the examples of many leading chefs.
Not only will students source local ingredients and use sustainable foods, but they will get introduced to eWater as the alternative food safety program that replaces many traditional chemicals in kitchens and food prep.
Using harsh chemicals around organic ingredients defeats the purpose, so pivoting to an organic hygiene management solution (made using just salt, water and electricity) is the natural choice in the kitchen.
