A state of the art eWater System has been installed in Australian Unity’s visionary new 5 star Rathdowne Place Retirement Living Centre in Carlton, inner city Melbourne.
The system, which underpins the sustainability credentials of the development, provides eWater safe non toxic cleaning and sanitising solutions at points throughout the main kitchen for food preparation, hand washing, surface and trolley cleaning. In addition, the refillable eWater spray bottles will be used in designated kitchen areas on each floor, where food service assistants will work alongside residents to create their favourite meals.
The eWater refillable spray bottles will also be used to clean the residents’ rooms and public spaces.
