The soon to be completed Bendigo Hospital development has installed an eWater System with multi outlets throughout its main kitchen for use in surface and equipment cleaning, food preparation and hand washing.
The $630 million project, designed by architectural powerhouse Bates Smart and Silver Thomas Hanley, will be the largest regional hospital development in Victoria.
