"eWater was the first thing I wanted to introduce at Little Picket. It's so exciting that the combination of innovation and simplicity combines to produce a user-friendly alternative to using harmful chemicals. 

We work in a pristine environment on the surf coast and put so much effort into sourcing, growing and preparing ingredients that are organic and have come from sustainable farming practices.

I would hate to think we go to all that effort and then use harmful chemicals and all that effort goes to waste. eWater gives me peace of mind, it is simple, reliable and cost effective. 

I love cooking and it’s all I’ve ever wanted to do. 

But I feel so passionate about the environment that I’d rather give up cooking, start my own little farm and just grow my own produce than stay in an industry that is either too stubborn to change or doesn’t have the courage to change.
