Located on Flinders Lane, Flo (ex head cheff at Pei Modern and sous at Vue de monde) has designed a menu that is unique as it is lateral.

Reflecting his stints in Tokyo, Singapore and Melbourne, Flo has an amalgamation of influences which find a balance and harmony in the creative dishes he constructs. We wish him, and his team, the best for Ôter.
